Hi! I’m Wayne Clarke

Fitness has been a core part of my life since high school, where I competed in basketball and track and field. Back then, I had the drive and discipline—but not the size. I was naturally skinny and constantly pushed myself to perform at a high level despite being overlooked for my build. That early experience taught me resilience and gave me a deep understanding of what it takes to break physical and mental barriers.

After high school, I brought that same energy into the gym—and eventually, onto social media. I started documenting my fitness progression, sharing workouts, meals, and mindset tips as I transformed my own physique from skinny to shredded. That content struck a chord. In just one month, my TikTok account (@wayneclarkejr) grew from 3,000 to over 50,000 followers. Now, I use that platform and my personal coaching to help other skinny guys break through plateaus, overcome gym intimidation, and build strong, confident bodies.
